"Extremely helpful reception staff"

"Great stay"

"Our room was lovely and comfortable. We were in the back of the building just off the garden (Brontë room) It was quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax after exploring the nearby towns and villages. Go early as the villages get crowded quickly and parking can be limited depending on the village. The only issue we had was breakfast was included with our stay but had difficulty finding it. It was located offsite a few minutes walk but I was only able to find this after googling other...

"Really enjoyed staying at this old historic building which is now a lovely hotel. We stopped in a lovely suite with a four poster bed. Specious and comfy room with a super sized bathroom with separate shower and rolled top bath. Breakfast in the morning was excellent."

"Really nice place, in a good location and with free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast is very good, served hot to your table. Would stay there again"

"Certainly not the best place to stay , some serious renovations needed , damp patches, server damp around windows, broken glass on window in bathroom .radiators need a good clean extreme build up of dust .also doors and behind toilet were filthy. Shower took forever to drain and black mould in shower. The room needs a realy good overall and not just a coat of bad paint job which it looks like they do. Lampshades and curtains Al need replacing as very dusty and nets mouldy from damp around the...

"The guest house was very comfortable, clean & tidy"

"Really lovely building and grounds."

"Close to the village really friendly staff - the two items which did mean I can’t score it 5 is most probably parking its first come first serve and the WiFi but other then that amazing place"

"Overall the room is clean and tidy. The shower is slightly moldy and some other resident of the guesthouse may sometime block the entrance of the inner car park. It would be great if the guesthouse could put more clear sign to ask people park at the inner car park instead of the outer one."

"As we used Peter Scot House just to sleep in the bedrooms were clean the beds comfortable"

"Unique place to stay when in and around Birmingham/Coventry. Outside of normal convention but adds a different slant to your night away. Close to NEC. Good food in the Quicken Tree."
