「Excellent staff, very accommodating. Filtered water daily. Daily or every other day cleaning service (on request). Staff always on the door and in cafe / entrance area to ensure the hotel - tucked away on a quiet street but a stone’s throw from the shops & theatres around Covent Garden & Leicester Square - was safe and welcoming. Small room took a bit of time to get used to, and not really a desk with chair option if wanting to work, but ensuite was new, bed comfortable & big tv on the wall....

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
