「The staff was very cordial, very helpful when I asked about getting a hairdresser nearby. The check in staff took the initiative to look for one online and I was able to get an appointment shortly afterwards. I would have liked for there to be a closer smoking section outside the hotel room. Would recommend for convenience. 」

All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems.
The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required.
Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans」
「This is a beautiful hotel, it has real French charm. Rooms are beautiful, comfy beds. Sheets could be bit softer. Service is great, love the coffee/tea service at your door each morning. Breakfast was delightful. Loved the speakeasy room and love the decor of the bar area. We will be back!」

「One11 is very conveniently located at the edge of the Frnch quarter - just minutes from Bourbon Street, but quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is okay (yoghurt, toast, hardboiled eggs, pastries, pancakes), it would be great if they added cheese, cold cuts, bacon, etc.
Everything worked and the staff was nice - no complaints, and we'd come again!」
"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
