「We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.」
「The common areas such as the breakfast eating area, the self-serve wine/beer bar and the outdoor terrace were very nice. On Friday and Saturday we hung out there for a while and enjoyed the nice weather. Would have liked the terrace to be open later but not a big deal. 「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」
