Find Hotel with a Concierge in St. Augustine Historic District, FL

"Way way overpriced for what we got, no HVAC controls in the room, very small, the bath room very small, worn out wood trim in the bathroom. TV would not stay on. Love music at a next-door bar until close to midnight just very disappointing and way way overpriced as I said paid 400 should’ve been about 150. One spot on the Internet said breakfast included as a Ben breakfast then we get there and find out it was discontinued last fall. Not recommend it even though the people were nice."

"Staff a mixed experience, some very good espec valet parking people. Some eg checkin rather aloof. Outside rooms noisy. Tip: don't go for a premium room, for peace and quiet ask for inside view, but not of the pool. Bar friendly, breakfasts good food"

"Our stay was unfortunately not what we had hoped for our short anniversary getaway. When we arrived there were renovations occurring downstairs and there was no staff to assist us into the room. We reveived no text or email with our room code and had to find a housekeeper to help us in. When we made it to our room it was very hot and the fan did not work. As we tried to nap before we set out on the town, we were awoken by roofers outside our 2nd floor window as the bed and breakfast was undergoing a very loud metal reroof process right over our heads. There was no prior warning of any renovations or reroofs prior to booking and had I known, I would not have booked this bed and breakfast. We specifically booked this place and room for the jacuzzi tub, but there was little to no hot water available in order to use and the jacuzzi start button was broken. As we attemped to shower in the morning before we left, again, there was zero hot water. Hoping others had a better expereince on their trip than we did, but it was not the way we wanted to spend our anniversary and unfortunately will not be back."
