「Not nearly enough ice/pop/ coffee areas for free! Casino staff are friendly and helpful! Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why aren’t there are free upgrades anymore? We did enjoy the food at players lounge, but was so busy that staff couldn’t keep up with replenishment of even the carved meats, salads, place seemed very understaffed and things appeared unorganized! We really thought Christine at the players desk was...

「Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though.」
