「The staff was excellent. From answering my questions to making things easy. They even helped me print out my Boarding pass. The T.V. in my living area wouldn't work. 「My room reeked of what I believe was cigarette smoke. When I told this to the front desk, she vehemently denied that anyone smoked in that room, and furthermore it had never been a smoking room. The room had that stale, smoke stench like it hasn't been smoked in for years. I could barely stand being in the room.
