We were a bit disappointed on our most recent stay, our last night our bed was not made, towels were just left on the sink counter. We can't say enough about the breakfast service and the staff who makes it possible, and about the front desk weekend staff. 「Room was horrible smelt like cigarettes and mold. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall with wires hanging out. Bedding was all stained yellow. Would go out for breakfast and there would be nothing left or everything was scattered and messy. Had do not disturb thing on door. House keeping would start banging on the door at 7 in the morning.
