「Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service.」

「Pool was crowded . Very difficult to find a spot in all pool areas. The beach was not as easily accessible as it sounded . The beach and Rhodes end were very crowded by non resort guests . The staff was fantastic and amazing. The food and drinks were great . We would like to return, but maybe when it’s not so crowded. 」

「Exceptional experience. As you walk in the room, you are awestruck by a wall of blue ocean framed by a beautiful interior. The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated.」

「Great resort. We really enjoyed the water park. Only feedback would be is the pool water was really cold and hard to get used to, even when it was 80 drgrees out. 」
