「Pursuing full refund for this experience. There were bodily fluids in the bed and active construction going on at the hotel. I could not rest or work in the hotel room while visiting family member was in the hospital 」

「The staff was excellent, can’t say enough about how good they were. There were some problems with the rooms. The first room the television didn’t work. We were moved to another room and several of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent. Even with the room problems it was a good stay. 」
