"It was Spring Break & apparently March Madness. If I could have, I would have went somewhere else. The lobby is nice and the staff is welcoming. Aside from there only being two small flat pillows for 2 guests, the bed was comfortable. However, the room had mold, lots of places that needed repair, the walls and the curtains were stained, there was hair all over the bathroom door that I had to clean off, the 2nd floor smelled like 'wet' and the washcloth my Mother used completely fell apart. When I checked out, I informed the front desk by showing him the picture of it and his response was, "I'm sorry about that". That was it. After he did nothing about that or even tried to offer anything, I just decided to not even explain all of the other problems. I am requesting a refund."
