Expedia ruined our booking from another hotel so we had to transfer to Best Western Tampa at 1 am in the morning. Sheila from the front desk was absolutely phenomenal, she did everything to accommodate us, went out of her way to gave us food coz she learned that we haven’t had our supper yet and we travelled all the way from Canada and was tired already. She was compassionate, very helpful and kind! Thank you so much Sheila for all the help!!!!

Upon arriving to my room i was greated by a roach in the bathroom - after killing the roach the bathroom knob was broken didnt lock. Overall for a night stay wasnt bad it was just to sleep we psent move of the day out.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. I was given a room that had some sort of a chemical smell, tape still on the smoke detector from where they had painted, and there was no hair dryer. It was a good value and I only there to sleep for a bit so was okay.
