「The measure of a great experience is how a company responds when something doesn’t go smoothly. I get this is a “hotel” with no front desk, and with Airbnb I’m used to not being “checked in.” The unit was nice: full kitchen, sitting area, all positive. Parking: be prepared. Having a car means walking & paying $50+ per night. Street parking maxes out at a few hours, so unless you’re up every 3 hrs to move it, no good. We parked at AC Hotels up the street (7-8 min walk), fine; we paid $60 cash...
