Fantastic rooms: mood lighting, comfortable, usual facilities, simple good sized working safe, nice bathroom. Service was lacking in personality and personalisation, it was very transactional which was disappointing given the cost. Fab location and views of London.

Room was modern and finished to a very high standard compared to most hotels around the London Bridge / Park Street area. The addition of a little kitchenette was useful. Marlin Apartments London Bridge - Empire Square
Nice staff, Ms.Sharika help us a lot, call on the night before check in to confirm my check in time, and I am looking for parking in London that night. With her help I parked my car for two nights at Marlin Apartment with a small fees. Really appreciate and thanks for her excellent service.
