「Staff was extremely helpful for checking in, last minute booked and was able to call them at any point and get help. The room was modern and extremely clean. The location is right by the bus stop and the rooms were quiet. Great for a solo traveller would rebook again.」

「We stayed there for 6 days. It is generally very good for money. I could always take food from the fridge to cook in the pantry, not only for breakfast and prepare the lunch boxes. There are bread, ham, bacon, susages, eggs, juices, milk...., also unlimited supply. It also has the washing machine and drying machine, free of charge. The location at Tooting is good too. It takes around 5min to walk to Tooting Broadway Station. It takes around 30min to City Center by North line. Going to airport...

「The owners needs to make sure that their staff is really there to open the door. If you arrive at the property after 6 PM, forget going in. You’ll be sleeping in the front lawn.」

The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. 「Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! 」

「This is a very nicely renovated hotel which is located in the Southern part of London. It takes only 5 minutes' time to reach the Elephant & Castle metro station. This place is also close to the renowned disco "Ministry of Sound".
