"It's probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed. There are no windows that you can open. You can't even pull the curtain aside because people walking in the hallway see you. It's like prison. The room smelled mold. The hotel smells marijuana and it's not allowed but I guess they don't care about it. The room was very dirty. The hotel needs a big renovation. There's water dripping from the upper floors when you're walking in the hallway. Housekeeping staff needs to be changed completely. They're doing a terrible job. Housekeeping manager also needs to be replaced with an experienced manager. This hotel obviously hires cheap labor. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Find a nicer and safer hotel. This hotel is in a bad area. There were fights during the night. I didn't feel safe or clean at all."

"1 Star Unfortunately, this Mother’s Day weekend stay at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa will be our last after staying here the past 4 Mother’s Days. From the moment we checked in, the experience started off poorly. The front desk staff was rude, dry, and completely lacked any kind of welcoming attitude. Our rooms weren’t ready yet, so we went across the street for lunch while we waited. During that time, my toddler lost her wristband. When we returned and explained the situation, the staff demanded that I search through my personal belongings because they refused to give a replacement wristband. I explained multiple times that she is a child and it was simply lost. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, we were told it “wasn’t their problem.” At that point we had to ask for a manager just to get basic assistance. Thankfully the issue was eventually resolved, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable, especially for a family resort charging premium prices. Very disappointing experience and not the level of hospitality we’ve received in past years. Sadly, we won’t be returning."

"This place was fine. Beach was good except they placed $200 cabanas in front of the other chairs so the ocean view was blocked. We were charged for umbrellas .. even though the price included resort fees. Parking was very high $50! The location was great .. within walking distance to all good activities. The staff were kind .. room was kept clean. Outdoor pool was nice and the bartender was cool. We missed the mermaid show because it was booked for a party. Ask ahead if you’re going specifically for that."
