「We were greeted with friendly staff immediately! Had an easy check in and got to our room. We had a beautiful ocean front suite with no obstructed view. The room was very clean and comfortable! Absolutely no complaints」

「Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. 「Great staff, very accommodating and hospitable. Spent our anniversary there and they gifted us with restaurant gift certificates, very thoughtful. Room was clean and comfortable, hotel nicely decorated. Nice breakfast vouchers for restaurant in hotel lobby. Convenient location, short walk to the boardwalk and in the heart of the Main Street with shops and restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. 」

「The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was nicely equipped. When we arrived in the room, there was some sand on the floor and a little on the couch, which was disappointing. It is next to a beach so maybe not preventable but I think it could have been vacuumed a bit more carefully. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. 」
