「Loved having 2 power bars in the room so we had plenty of options to charge devices. Wished the pillows were a little more comfortable」

「Everything in the description was the complete opposite. No pool it was closed, no arcade, ac did not work. Staff did not want to assist with at least giving me my money worth of comfort. Overall experience was not good do not stay this place was not kid friendly at all」

「For this to be a newer hotel it was old looking and not maintained at all. The first room smelled of mold/mildew so we were moved to a different room. The bathtub was rusted and had mold around the tub. The housekeeping came at 9am and we were trying to get ready for my Dad’s funeral, so we asked them to come back but they didn’t. So that evening we had to ask for towels. The next day we had to ask for room service again. Just very disappointing.」

「The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.」

「The young man running the giro t desk was no where to be found when I went to check in and when I saw my room and was leaving because it smelt like cigarettes smoke and was not very clean, he was no where to be found once again. I took a shower and left because I couldn’t stand the smell and the bed did not look sanitary. I was duped by reviews and pictures」

「The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...

「Unfortunately, this review is going to echo like the others I have read about this hotel. The outside doesn’t look bad, the lobby is clean, the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful, the breakfast area looked ok, although we didn’t eat breakfast here. You walk down the hallway to your room and it’s dark, carpet looks dirty, walls have warped and peeling wallpaper. Got to our room and our door was hard to close, walls were damaged, peeling wallpaper, room carpet wasn’t clean and the...

「The property is very outdated. The room was okay but the electricity was going in and out so when we got there the room was musty. The ice machines on the first, second, and third floor didn’t work, so I had to go to the bar to get ice. Breakfast was okay. Def not the best Embassy suites I’ve ever been to, but for the price, it served its purpose. Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were very friendly.」

「We had a slight mix-up on the room when we got there but the staff booked us another room. The stay was great while there and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely stay the next time we are in town.」
