「Beds very uncomfortable no coffee maker no microwave. Could use taller stool in bathroom just terrible. Would not stay there again」

「I do not recommend anyone staying here the desk clerk is very rude clearly doesn't like her job plus they charged me over $500 dollars for a two day stay that we didnt even stay there and had no power! And even trying to get my money back is a even bigger mess just nobody is on the same page and everyone wants to forward you to a AI and avoid dealing with the problem. Or they just dont know what their talking about one of the too.」

「The staff was very friendly. We came to breakfast shortly before it closed and the attendant wanted to make sure we were able to have whatever had been available, even if it meant she would need to make more. The staff works very hard to make this a great place to stay!」

「Room 301 has a musty smell. Front desk knew about the smell but still sold the room to us and I’m sure other visitors. They said that they have shampoo the carpet but cannot determine where the smell is coming from. Their solution was to try and offer a $20 credit, which I denied and cancelled my entire reservation with them. Front desk also mentioned that it’s only that room and no other rooms in the hotel, supposedly.」

「We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean.」

「Sadly, the room next door was obnoxious. A child stomped around each evening when I got back to my room. The adults in the room were awake past 2AM laughing and talking loudly. They had music playing with the bass beating the wall. My room was an adjoining room to theirs- maybe that is why it was so bad. 「Place is a DUMP - Filthy Walls - Rooms stink - Sinks are cracked flooring is worn and torn. TVS out dated flat out DUMP.....Rooms not cleaned during the day. Pay extra and go down street to Baymont.」

「They had a fire in the detached restaurant/reception venue so that area was looking a little creepy. It is separate from the hotel, so no safety concerns, but they should maintain the gardens and clean its large outside seating area. Overgrown and creepy. There are big renovations going on in the hotel, so there were workmen and equipment here and there. The hotel is aging, but they are trying to upgrade.
