Hotel room I stayed was without any window. When I book the hotel, the pictures showed all rooms with windows, when we arrived, the hotel told me windows room needs to pay additional over SGD300 per night (US220), I have already paid around US180 per night when I booked this hotel, making a total over US400 per night. Over 5 small frying insects in washroom. I had never stay in hotels in such condition against such price over past 10 years across more than 10 countries. The rooms without window provided by the hotel makes me extremely uncomfortable and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The lady who helped me to check in had been really helper & friendly. The other staffs were friendly too. The location is very convenience, close to different MRT stops and lot of different restaurants & bars nearby. Will recommend to friends & will stay again.

距離牛車水很近夠熱鬧，房間乾淨空間還可以，搭乘公車或地鐵都挺方便的，接待人員也很客氣，交流旅遊心得分享當地美食，大廳冷氣夠冷，行李也可以寄放唷！

地點方便、飯店環境舒適有特色
因為連續入住，為了環保未請飯店打掃房間，當洗浴用品用完時到櫃檯索取，櫃檯態度良好並說會請工作人員送到房間，確實也很迅速地送來了，可是工作人員態度不佳，並以很差的口氣告訴我們「如果請問打擾的牌子沒有取下，他們就不會幫忙更換用品」，這點我們非常清楚⋯ 這個小插曲讓整體的感受扣了不少分數。

Great location (in between 3 different metro lines with plenty of restaurants and shops around). Nice style and decorations (beautiful building) Reasonable price. Expected staff to be more friendly tho.

酒店對面就是maxwell food centre，整天都有東西吃， 還有十分出名的天天海南雞，行落一條街就是牛車水大街，十分方便。

地點非常便利
對面就是麥士威小販中心，走路不用5分鐘就到了，我們一共吃了3次天天海南雞飯，因為去得早，每次都沒有排隊。酒店離佛牙寺、馬里安曼興都廟、牛車水夜市、史密斯街都非常近，逛起來十分方便。房間裝潢得相當有風味，床也很舒服，網路很快。缺點就是空間太小了，行李箱要搬上床才打得開，熱水壺要燒個熱水，桌面空間就少了一半。不過整體來說，住得還算舒適滿意。

Nice hotel close to China Town
Just 10-15 muns walking distance to China Town. Very convenience to buy food souvenir and Singapore specialty. 10-15 mins walking distance to MRT station, not far but if u just arrive with luggage, taxi to hotel will be better. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Bathroom is nice, we like the taste of their shower gel(white tea), shampoo(lavender) and conditioner(lavender) very much! We order standard bed room with balcony because I was afriad if room without window was assigned. But balcony is so close to next door so we decided to close the door of balcony.

Very nice and super convenient hotel, lots of food market and restaurant nearby, also close to the Marina Bay. The room design is unique, staffs are friendly, we enjoyed a lot.

外觀古色古香不俗。 交通便利,離佛牙寺兩三分鐘路程。 但房間格局怪異。進門正對櫃門,右邊睡牀,空調正對着牀頭,人睡牀上被吹到頭痛。 衣櫃沒有衣架。衣物無從掛置。 供應handy手機,惜不能用。 因班機改動,原想續住,毫無優惠更索取高價。
