Air conditioning was awesome and needed. Such a great location and easily accessible to all things available to see and do in Sentosa. Mins walk to everywhere or the tram was so easy to ride.

Very convenient to walk to USS. The hotel staff are very professional. My room was upgraded by hotel manager because my original reserved room was not ready at the check in time, which makes our stay more pleasant.

Thank God they had comfortable pillows; was able to get a great nights rest. Room was very clean and AC was powerful. Breakfast (upgrade option) was a journey over to Loma, but the food there was outstanding. Just 3 minute walk to a 7-11 and 6 minute walk to Universal. MRT access next to the 7-11 makes Sentosa very easy to travel to the gardens and beaches.

Very happy with the stay. Room was spacious First time minibar being complimentary - was surprise and had to asked again to confirm. Just 1 pack of nuts though but quite a selection of non-alcoholic drinks - 2 bottles of juice, flavoured water, coconut juice, bottles of water, and Nespresso pods and machine. About as close to Universal Studio Singapore as you get. Definitely a good choice if you are going to USS. Close to Santosa Express and easy access to the Vivo Shopping with free reentry into Santosa.

Room is spacious and air-conditioning is comfortable. Many chairs, cupboards and drawers around. The best thing is there's a refillable water dispensing machine at the lift lobby. The floor is not carpet which is good but dusty. Wondering did they clean the floor. Toilet doors are difficult to close.
