“I loved the ice cream I received from the receptionist on arrival, just what I needed after a long flight! The staff were all super friendly and helpful (thanks again for the book recommendation!). The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was lovely, and it was great to have free drinks (soft drinks, coffee, and tea) available throughout the day.

Professional and super helpful staff. Easy check in. Clean, spacious and well appointed room. Bathroom shower was strong and hot. It also has a bathtub which I didn’t use. Comfortable bed and many choices of pillows! Courtesy late check out (based on availability) as I had an evening flight. Shower provided after check out while I waited before going to the airport. 24 hour lounge access with light refreshments. I will come back to Quincy Hotel when I next visit Singapore!!

My stay started off amazing with the friendliness of the staff upon checking in. It was seamless and when they said, “if you need anything” they meant it. Every time I came through the lobby I was greeted and treated in a welcoming manner! The room was perfectly cooled for how steamy it was outdoors. The bed comfy and water pressure was amazing. Only thing I’d change is the room needing hand/wash cloths. Overall will stay here again once I can make it back!

Location: it's about 10 minutes walk to main the shopping area and metro. Reception area: very good customer service and amazing added touch of free drinks (soft drinks such as well named brands, coffee, etc). Room: reasonable size room for a country that is packed, however, the room felt that it needed a bit of TLC. Just to add, before individuals panic. There is a big see through glass that you can see through via the bedroom. There is a roller blinds to stop the bathroom becoming some spectacle. Bathroom was big. Only negative is the shower glass door when washing sprayed out due to a poor seal. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. TV programmes are ok but you are here to see the sights. Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel team (all levels) are great and always have been the many times I have stayed at the Quincy Singapore Always my hotels when I am in Singapore Truly, the entire front desk staff is amazing.
