「The location is so convenient.」

「Couldn’t wait to get up to Nevada City to stay in this fantastically renovated property. We arrived around 5, 2 hours after check in and were a bit disappointed that our rooms weren’t ready. We were offered drinks tokens which was a good compromise but a late checkout wasn’t offered when asked which was a shame. Other than this little set back, the standard rooms were small but well decorated. Would book a more expensive room next time but excellent shower which was welcomed after 5 days camping...

「The Pines Inn and Cottages is amazing and we have been here three times now. Tony and James are very attentive and caring. Great places to relax and enjoying yourself.」

「Wow. What a find! Couldn’t be better. Not a corporate feel at all but really nicely appointed and super lovely staff. Breakfast included - great coffee (and tea) and I got a yummy omelette made to order too! 」

「There was no water pressure in the shower but that might be California restrictions. Also, the tub/shower is not safe to get in and out of. They need to put a grab bar on the bathroom wall. I was in the Mountain Top room. 」

「What a rustic, well-kept, friendly place to stay in Emigrant Gap, California! I enjoyed everything about this place. The country feel, the comfy beds, the wildlife decor. The Rustic Table Restaurant adjacent to the property does not disappoint! & what I can tell about this place is all s5aff really care about the property & they really wanna make you feel at home. I live these people」

「We had a great check in super easy . We loved the space and the two rooms. They had a small kitchenette which was super helpful throughout our stay. We were able to have a refrigerator that we were able to keep some food and some drinks and there was a microwave. The only thing was the carpet right into the transfer to the kitchen I could feel some nails. I let them know of the problem. They were very helpful with any questions or concerns. 」

「The door was not locked when we arrived. There was no instruction how to lock the door when you go for a walk. It would have been better if the cabin was not so close to the main drag. 」

「It it was clean and the spacious room was nice but do not lie to me and tell me I have pillow top beds when they were hard as a rock! I woke up crabby and very tired!」

「Rooms were clean. It is an older establishment so i wasnt expecting much but it is clean with amenities the same as a high end hotel. They have a courtyard with table and chairs and that is kept clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchenette was great. Close to town.」
