「The property's close to the freeway it has a good breakfast」

「Management was intrusive and knocked on our door loudly asking to come in and look for a lost key from the previous tenant. That should have been handled before we were given the room. After a long drive, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I let it slide because I was exhausted, but the experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here — look elsewhere」

「We had the quaint 2 bedroom family room. The place was a nice surprise clise to downtown. We had a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, as well as a couple of counter stools at the kitchenette. It was equipped with glasses, cups, bowls, dishes, flatware, a toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Would definitely return. Thanks.」

「Charming and well loved warm and detailed and comfortable. Because I booked 3rd party I didn’t receive vital info that was necessary for positive host/guest relations. Had info been received in timely manner and understood much confusion and frustration no doubt avoided (no fault of host btw, host was a victim of this disadvantage as well) Positive area, cozy and had above basic amenities. Elevated establishment with personal touch and considerable care. Perfect for a couple getaway. Beautiful...

「I ordered a non smoking room. What I was given was a room that smelled like it was heavily smoked in for years! With no other rooms available we had to stay. I will not book this property ever again!」

「The room was filthy, our cabin was right behind the dumpster with trash everywhere. The whole cabin was very bad in every single way. This was a surprise for us as we stayed here earlier in the rooms close to the reception. I wish someone would take over the ownership and make it nice and sanitary for guests」

「Well run, very helpful, and a lovely place. Would gladly go there again. Only problem was figuring out how to find it. The street splits JUST before where the house is (either E/W, or N/S - I can't remember) - so my GPS kept telling me I had arrived but I was on the wrong side - and each side was a 1-way - it took a while to figure out how to circle around so I could park in front.」

「Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. 」
