「Great place in the heart of Newport. The rooms are a bit small but fine for 1-2 people. It's an old building which is great for history but can definitely be noisy since you can hear people moving around in other rooms as well as noise from the street- bring ear plugs. Fantastic breakfast and afternoon tea.」

「BJ made our check in and check out experiences a dream, she was so kind. Every employee we interacted with was so nice and willing to offer recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area and asked about our day anytime we came back to the property for the evening. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day which was just an added plus! Will definitely stay here again for future visits to...

「Let me preface by saying that the staff that I dealt with during my actual weekend stay were wonderful. However, today I noticed a double charge on my bank account. I called my bank who told to contact the hotel directly. This was the most aggressive and nasty customer service I’ve ever encountered from any one at any level from any business!! A man who CSA is his Michael, referred to himself as a manager spoke to me in the rudest manner and proceeded to tell me that no one else can assist me...
