I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. 「the hostel is really closed to the station, no need to cross the footbridge, nor stair, nor tunnel, just 3 mins walking is fine. Plenty of Local train to get back to Shinagawa station and even convenience to HND airport. Also, 3 supermarket within 3 mins walking and family mart is just 10 feet far. You may find some visitors from europe there, and the japanese staff there is with fluent english (even non-asia accent). It is really a good choice if you wish to stay a night before taking the...

「This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.」
