「We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were...

「The location is wonderful! We had a gulf-front unit, and they all have a perfect view of the Gulf... we watched the sunset each night from our balcony. You are 10 feet from the sand, and 75 feet from the pool... so convenient! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lounge is super convenient as well for snacks / drinks while sitting by the pool, or to just enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere.」

「All in all, we had a great stay! the location of the property is perfect and the beach was so nice. The staff was very kind and helpful (contrary to their sister property next door)! We especially loved the lady who does breakfast and coffee in the morning by the front desk, she definitely put a smile on everyone's face! We tried 3 of the restaurants onsite (RumFish Grill, the pizzeria at the other property and Gulfside Kitchen) and the food and service were really good too! The hotel itself...

「Mi opinión sincera , al llegar todos son muy amables, las instalaciones cómo habitaciones, baños agua emposada en al bañera, ascensores, sin aire acondicionado,baños de áreas comunes deterioradas viejas falta de mantenimiento los camastros del área de la playa la mayoría sucios, algunas toallas rotas y en el mal estado, si uno va pagar casi 600$ por noche uno quiere estar cómodo desde que llega y sentirse tranquilo eso me hizo sentir incómoda y no a gusto…」
