「The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and up to date. There is no difference between the Marina side rooms and the regular rooms; so avoid the gimmick of paying extra, like we did, to be on the Marina side.」

「Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service.」

「When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「This is a very clean hotel that's right next to a Walmart and about 10 minutes from the beach. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Parking is free which is nice! I highly recommend this hotel!」

「Due to an overbooking issue on our first night, we were redirected to a nearby boutique hotel. I wasn't pleased initially, but I quickly found that the boutique hotel was significantly cleaner than the Moxy...in hindsight, we would have preferred to just stay there for our entire trip. When we did move to the Moxy, we loved the vibrant, fun atmosphere, the ideal location, and the amazing restaurant and bar, where we had absolutely no complaints. Unfortunately, our room itself was incredibly...
