"The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. "The hotel is very good for the Price and the staff is good. Be careful, as the entrance of the hotel is poorly marked. It is not on Jiaochang Road, but on a cross street 240 meters from the indicated location, on Jinjiling Road."

"It was only for a quick temporary one night stay so we chose the closer location to the hospital where it’s only less than 10 mins walk. The facilities of the hotel itself is pretty old although they’re mostly clean. The lights are weak and the curtains are dusty. Not the best stay but okay just for a quick night check out. "

"The location is the best for sightseeing especially around the west lake. Room is Bit old but clean and good size. Maid at my floor was great. Would stay here again for it’s great location."
