Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

Only stayed here one night while passing through Tampa. The breakfast was very convenient. Had a decent selection. The air conditioner was loud, but my kids like sound machines while sleeping so it worked out

My wife and I stay here several times a year, even living in Tampa to make it easy to fly out of country. Was very pleased with our room #422 and also had room #423 (gold members upgrade). Was offered the lounge, but it was closed on weekends. Will be staying again in April and would like the lounge if possible then. Great stay!

Hotel was clean, room was spacious, staff were friendly. We appreciated the Grab n go breakfast and coffee for our very early departure. Kevin, our shuttle driver, was excellent!

Enjoyed a beautiful corner suite for a long weekend. View of the Bay is breathtaking. The room was in good order and well maintained throughout the weekend. Great water pressure. Quick elevators. The property grounds are gorgeous. We saw lots of wildlife including a spontaneous private dolphin show from the end of the dock near Oystercatchers. Borrowed a “beach kit” for a day out on the coast which was very convenient and included in the resort fee. A room on the Bay side of the hotel is a must...

The property was so nice, not to mention the staff. They allowed us to request transportation to and from the airport and also within 3 miles from the hotel. So we were able to get a ride to the local malls for shopping and to local events without having to rent a car. The staff was always so nice in helping out with what ever our requests were. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and the pool area was beautiful. The restaurant staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Radika was very sweet and friendly.

Everything is/was best-of-class but what really put this hotel over the top was when the front desk manager pulled around in his personal vehicle to shuttle us to the airport for an early morning flight because the night shuttle driver had taken the keys home with him and we couldn't get inside. He also had called a cab for us to ride in while he followed with our nine large gear bags (we were coming back from a week-long canoe trip in the Everglades) inside. Just amazing customer service!!!

I called ahead for a late arrival. When we walked in the lobby after a long day traveling, the front desk staff greeted me by name before I reached them. They didn’t have to do that, but it was a nice touch and started our visit off on a great note. The room was clean and spacious, and it did NOT have that humid musty smell like other hotel rooms. The grab and go breakfast included hot breakfast sandwiches (mid-week only), bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and an assortment of fruit. The pool...
