「Honestly it looked like it was going out of business. The lobby was very nice and it looks like they maybe remodeling this location. The air conditioner was not good and clearly need maintenance. The room smelled like mold. We changed rooms and the bathroom didn't have broken tile in it but had all the above problems. We only stayed at night the rest of the time at the hospital with our grandson. If I had not already paid for the room up front, we would have moved. Didn’t feel safe...

「I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay...

「I'm usually not picky about hotels, but this place is in very bad shape. Everything is old, has holes and stains, including the bedding and towels. The room was barely cleaned also. At least things in the room worked ok.」

「A very nice and well-mannered young man (who told me he was from Miami) at the front desk greeted me when I checked in. Good manners like this go a long way toward making your otherwise below-average property more inviting. When I went into my room, the toilet was not flushed and the shampoo holder in the shower was broken and lying in pieces. That is an inexcusably uninviting and unprofessional look. I suggest you hire maintenance people that either understand how to flush toilets, or forbid...
