"I stayed at this hotel in 1997. It has changed little. The bathtub was in need of a major overhaul and the bed felt like falling apart. I will not return to this hotel."

"Useless front desk personnel; closest elevator out of service and the only other one is at the far end of the building; no desk lamp; no body lotion; terrible lounge chair; big red stain in rug next to bed; at 7:45, all the breakfast food was decimated...no bread for toast, no sausage left, no milk for cereal, coffee almost gone, no eating utensils, just unbelievable, and nobody around to fix it. To make matters worse, when leaving, my Lyft driver told me that reviews say the place has bedbugs! Just don't even think about it. Gruesome place."

"The overall hotel is shabby and somewhat derelict. However, the room was clean and in good condition. More importantly, it was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with extensive amenities. Full kitchen with bar, a real desk for writing, proper couch and extra cushioned chair. Really supportive and comfortable for my purposes. Bed was pretty cozy too. "

"I checked in on April 30th Thurday afternoon. It is their policy that after a two night stay you receive listed housekeeping services which include towels. I csm back to the hotel Saturday evening no housekeeping service. I called the lobby and let them know no one tended to the room. I requested towels that night, nothing! I called again Sundsy Morning and the person I talked with brought them up. When I checked out trash cans were full and no amenities were replaced."
