The hotel is ok and very convenient if you have something at NRG Stadium. For some reason the room was very humid, and sometimes there were marihuana odors, but other than that, everything was good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, I would encourage you guys to honor the 100% smoke free policy

Room had a smell when I checked in but housekeeping fixed that when it was time to shower the water was only luke warm no microwave in the room or fridge but it was comfortable they need blankets not thin covers to sleep under

Overall great stay for the price and location

Customer service was top notch! Room was updated and visually appealing. Located in sketchy area but very close to NRG and restaurants and never felt unsafe. Our room smelled of smoke and I wish I had a comforter or blanket rather than just a sheet.

The reviews were spot on but no roaches. Came in for a two night stay, VRBO reservation cancelled so this was the only option for our stay for Morgan Wallen @ NRG. Not too dirty but I definitely didn’t trust the floor or the beds so I brought my own bedding and cleaning supplies. The exterior was horrendous and the pool area actually looked scary, the cat lounging on the table looked to be enjoying his life though. It was perfect from a location perspective to NRG. Definitely a rough area but if I NEEDED to I guess I’d stay here again…but not without my cleaning supplies.

Front disk were friendly and nice. The overall area around is good. However, in the first five minutes there were some insects shared the bed with me, they were friendly though:) I wished thse insects had been treated before making the room available to the customers.

The rooms have been renovated which gives you the impression that the room is clean. My room floor looked clean but I dropped a towel on it and it was black when I picked it up. Discovered that whole floor was the same, I turned A/C down in room to find that it actually smelled like that of sewage, as if the toilet flooded and they didn't clean it. Looks good on the inside but not outside. I sat in my vehicle to escape the smell until I left. I had to find some place else to stay, also people were beating on the walls and ceiling for some reason.

Our stay was actually just fine. It served its purpose and we were pleased with it overall. The area is not really a great one and the room itself is pretty rough and has no microwave. However, it checked the boxes for the things we needed..... an economical place to hang our heads, and a place within walking distance of NRG Stadium if need be. A bonus was the very friendly person at the front desk.

Ive been staying there a week w/ my dog & my only prob is the pool is not only closed but filled w/ brown water & debris. Now for observations, The staff has been very friendly & when I have a question or need something it’s quickly taken care of. I chose this hotel because of price & location plus they don’t charge a crazy fee for a pet. If you’re looking for the Ritz then go to the Ritz. Everything works fine, a/c can get brrr cold if you like, rooms are large, clean, but not fancy. Parking isnt covered but plentiful & gated.

No WiFi No Cable TV - Busy Area for prostitution

Room was clean, cordial staff, hotel provided pet clean up bags in area for walking dog but obviously many pet owners were not using / appreciative of such a nice amenity. Hotel needs to change sign on gate that presently is noted as entrance for that gate doesn’t open & customers have to figure out how to get to the actual entrance, which is quite a drive. In our case a prostitute sitting on the curb outside the non operating entrance gate told us how to access the actual entrance. The hotel is in area where there’s a lot of prostitution street business taking place. I had a confrontation from a woman in a car on the property (doubtful she had room) that I needed to give her my dog. She was extremely agitated and loud, she nor the two children in her car were not wearing seatbelts. Thankful she left when I mentioned their seatbelt situation. There’s many cars that drive thru parking lot, make certain to keep your vehicle locked. The hotel wify and cable tv was not available due to Dish Network not having parts available to correct the problem. Hotel room phones didn’t work. Without WiFi I am left asking how was the hotel able to access the hotel computer to make reservations & check in customers. I know they don’t answer the hotel phone for we tried several times to call hotel when we were unable to access the property.

Should probably reach out to health and safety

TLDR: don’t stay here. Ok so the staff was kind and the room was clean when I came in! I thought it would be ok. The other guests did seem rough but I was mentally prepared for that. I got up to go the bathroom at 12:30am and it was a roachpocolypse. I had them running in my feet and jumped in the bed. I saw there were cockroaches on the walls floor and light fixtures and on each side of the bed by the lights. I decided I couldn’t stay and gathered my things and left before 1am. Fortunately I have a semi truck to sleep in. This is the worst place I’ve ever been. Glad I had an alternative. No…. Don’t stay here. Sleep in your car, or jail if you have nowhere else to go. Also got itchy…. Possibly fleas. Yeah man. That’s it.
