「I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. 「Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. 「Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.」

Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. 「Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.」
