We had to make last-minute reservations at 9 pm. Making a last-minute reservation with this property was extremely easy. I checked in as a solo mom with a toddler and a service dog, and was greeted with a smile, despite the late hour. My only complaint about the property was when I went to grab milk in the morning for my toddler and a yogurt from myself from the continental breakfast. I took my service dog with me for many reasons while my toddler slept, as I wanted to have the milk ready when he woke up. The staff in charge of the breakfast room immediately stopped me and hurriedly told me I wasn't allowed with my dog. I reminded her that I obviously couldn't leave her in the room and needed her with me, to which the staff member stated someone at the desk could hold my service animal while I grabbed food. Again, I only needed milk and a yogurt. I hurriedly filled a small cup with milk and grabbed a yogurt, forgetting a spoon, and removed myself. Aside from this interaction, we had a phenomenal stay and greatly enjoyed our room and the property.
