「I'll admit my expectations were not very high considering the cost of my room compared to surrounding properties but I was very happy with everything regarding my stay! The staff was friendly and attentive, my room was clean and comfortable, and I can think of nothing I was missing. The fitness room was small but functional and suited my needs, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area 」

「We were there for a one night stay attending a function in the conference room. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not use the amenities but were notified in advance the hot tub would not be available for use. Staff was friendly…」

「Very warm environment. Very clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than what you normally get at hotels.」

「The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel.」

「The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!」

「This is the 2nd time we’ve tried staying at this place. The very first time we tried staying, my room was prepaid for like I do every time. We tried checking in after hours just for nobody to answer the phones or nobody was at the desk with the roll up blind shut. Most recent stay was able to have someone at the front desk (lovely lady). The beds are ehhhh comfortable and the frame they have the bed on is unacceptable. This hotel is going the cheaper route to make the customers satisfied not...

「Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. 」

「Dirty, disgusting, unsafe. DO NOT BOOK!!! The description on the site is horribly inaccurate. The eating establishments in “walking distance” have been closed and boarded up for years. This option should not even be offered on Expedia or any other site as it is worse than you can possibly imagine. 」
