Very clean. Great property. The only bad experience was breakfast- they were still trying to get items made and out at 8:45 when breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. What limited items were available were not good.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond recently for an extended stay our family needed. Our father went into the hospital and we ended up staying here for 6+ weeks. My sister, brother and my mom as well as some friends and other family all came and went sometimes requiring extra rooms. Zeus was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed every day. Tiffany made sure my mom could stay in the same room throughout our stay. She always respond quickly with compassion and care for our situation. Tyanna was always kind and caring and demonstrated love every time we saw her. They treated us like family and cared about our dad even though they never got to meet him. We will never forget what this little home-away-from-home meant to us but mostly the people that took care of us.

If you need the ability to do minimal cooking, this is a great option. With a fully equipped kitchen with a full apartment size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove top, it can allow in house meal preparation. It was very clean and roomy affording an opportunity to have a few guests in the room pretty comfortably. The staff were all accommodating and professional. Breakfast was just OK. Could improve.

Breakfast was fresh and had good variety. Beds were clean and comfortable. 1 br suite was smaller than pictured, rug was stained, bath door panels had a layer of greasy dust, the air was stale and there was an odor. Staff was accommodating. Assigned us to a larger suite (we were 3 adults) and upcharged us accordingly. Replacement was better. Given the initial issues, I would have appreciated an upgrade at no charge. Lamp between the beds was non functional—one of the plugs was dead. Had to unplug the clock to use a medical device.

They do not change the comforters - the comforter and couch had dog hair on it. Bathrooms were clean but the place is in need of a deep clean and carpet cleaning - minor maintenance but the breakfast and coffee were decent and suite size was good but was not comfortable on a couch that clearly has not been cleaned if there is visible pet hair. Oh and lock your car. Apparently someone’s car was attempted to be stolen the evening before we arrived but the staff caught them.. weird kind of sketchy

Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors.
