We found a dead cockroach in our room, the water from multiple faucets came out brown to start, our towels had black spots on them, and the kitchen was missing a front to one of the drawers. Staff was friendly but the walls were so thin we were very disrupted by our neighbor. We stayed with a pet which put us into a hallway that smelled awful and obviously hadn’t been mopped recently. Beds were comfortable enough but I would unfortunately not recommend it here.

Room was clean, ice already frozen in trays in freezer. The property was quiet. No real issues, other than lack of hand soap and toilet paper in bathroom which they tried to charge for when I went to ask for some 1st night. The laundry is absurdly expensive at 8.50 to wash and dry 1 load. And they try to demand an ID card for service animals even though there isn't a state or federal identification or license system and they aren't allowed to do that.

Overall, a mixed experience. Check-in was easy and smooth, which I appreciated. Especially thankful for the handicap-accessible room and bathroom for my mom—those accommodations made a real difference. The room itself was very minimalistic. There was a kitchen available, but I was ill-prepared and was unable to obtain paper products, which made things a bit inconvenient. One downside was the TV setup, as there were no local network television stations available. Additionally, fairly certain I smelled marijuana nearby both nights, which was disappointing.

I really like this hotel because it has a kitchenette and it’s clean, there isn’t a bunch of drug addicts hanging around and it’s really quiet. Everything works and if something does happen they are really good about fixing it. This is one of the best STAY OF AMERICA I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at a few. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, my family, friends, and even a stranger looking for a place to stay. Really nice, no cap!!!

Terrible experience with Xperia and property. We booked and paid for our stay in advance. Live 3 hours away, upon arriving around 10 pm we were told that Xpedia overbooked there hotel and they had no rooms available. We had to scramble in an unclean and what looked like unsafe property at almost midnight. Absolute terrible and unsafe experience for our family.

This is the 2nd time we’ve tried staying at this place. The very first time we tried staying, my room was prepaid for like I do every time. We tried checking in after hours just for nobody to answer the phones or nobody was at the desk with the roll up blind shut. Most recent stay was able to have someone at the front desk (lovely lady). The beds are ehhhh comfortable and the frame they have the bed on is unacceptable. This hotel is going the cheaper route to make the customers satisfied not happy or beyond happy. Me personally i won’t book here again, you get what you pay for.
