The customer service when we arrived was and A+, during our stay A+ but the departure D-. The person at the front desk was horrible. The hotel was under construction, we were given a room that had been remodeled and it was very nice. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the walk-in shoiwere nice. The room didn't have a refrigerator but the nice gentleman brought on to the room and I really appreciated his prompt response to our request. I'm very particular where I stay.. I recommend this Hotel.

This hotel was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and shower floor was disgustingly dirty, the elevator was dirty as well, the carpet has probably never been cleaned and there was stains everywhere, the breakfast area has the floors all sticky, curtains in the room had holes, the police showed up in the middle of the night to one of the rooms because apparently somebody called! Definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay at this place again! Awful experience

The hotel is under renovation so there was supplies and material all over the parking lot and in the hotel. Stayed at this same hotel last year at the same time and it was in way better condition. Not a bad stay but hotel was dirtier and not as pleasant as the previous year.

The rooms were dirty with dilapidated furniture. Sheets were too small for the bed. Toilet barely flushed and the bathroom lights had a short. The pool was closed. We ended up leaving to stay with family rather than sleep there.

Hotel is currently undergoing remodeling (as it was last fall) and it’s probably 5 years overdue. Furniture in lobby/breakfast areas as well as in our room in pretty bad shape (upholstery worn out). Bed pillows way too thin. Staff pleasant and breakfast offerings were good. Location convenient to our friends’ home in Mattawan.
