「Biggest issue I had was an almost total lack of the ability to speak English by the person at the front desk at night. I made a reservation for two rooms. It asked for the other travelers’s name for the second room when I made the booking. The gentleman checking me in, could not find the other reservation. 「Bathroom was great. Bed to hard...pillows to soft. Staff great. Atmosphere sterile and uninviting. Breakfast was bad, nothing goos to wat except bacon and boxes cereal. Milk was warm. Would i stay again?....maybe」

「The only good thing was it was next store to the casino. TV went out and I called the front desk to ask for help and the gal said, I don't know anything about it and I am the only one here. Then when taking a shower in the morning we found out they have sulphur water, didn't even feel like you took a shower!! Could not get out of there fast enough. Oh and we are in our 70's and they gave us a 2nd floor room and there is NO ELEVATOR! Will NEVER STAY there again!」

「Great breakfast with many items. Fresh coffee and waffle as well as wraps and items for health conscious people. Their breakfast offered more items than usually offered in hotels of this kind. Host Jennifer is very kind and gracious 」

「Very dissatisfied with the lack of caring the management was there, they heard my complaint from day one of staying and nothing was done about it, I asked to speak with management about said issues they brushed it off and kept giving me the run around of trying to get ahold of someone in charge」

「We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us. 」

「Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.」
