Our room was well appointed with a well organized kitchenette (including a nice refrigerator and dishwasher). Room was spotless! King sized bed comfortable and shower was delightful! Staff were friendly and very helpful! We were there on a Monday morning. Breakfast included the make your own breakfast sandwich -choices included English muffin, bacon, egg, sausage, cheese, etc. Also very nice waffle setup along with cereal, coffee and juice. We would happily stay there again!

A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who shut down the party at 12:30am. No apology from the hotel until the situation was brought up at check out. Told that their customer satisfaction guarantee didn't apply to Expedia users - we are to pursue that through Expedia. We have stayed in hotels in multiple states and multiple countries - we have NEVER experienced anything like this. It was a nightmare. There are other hotels in the vicinity - consider them first.

Room was clean but couple of broken things-the barn style bathroom door, the tub spout. The buffet breakfast was better than most other places though. A pleasant stay and close to grocery, a few restaurants and shopping.
