The customer service at the front desk was really good, After finding out our T.V. wasn't working, we were switched to another room promptly, The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and could feel the springs, we woke up sore. The breakfast was okay and sufficient

The front desk staff was wonderful. However, our room smelled and the molding was coming off the walls there was holes in the wall. The pool was freezing and there was a super large fan in the pool room. We left after one night..

Be prepared. If you want a room with a jacuzzi, it's on the second floor, and there are no elevators.

The breakfast was basic as any other hotel breakfast. The second morning they were out of everything and the tables were filthy. The hot water was ok after running for 20 mins before showering. The pictures on the web made it look very nice and the hallway and rooms were anything but nice. Price was lower but this was not what I thought I would be. 1 star out of 5

Pool was a little cold. The first night it was very quiet. The next two nights was not. The next room over was up and banging till 4am both nights. Mind you it was on a Sunday and a Monday. Went to the front desk. They came and talked to them but nothing changed.
