「It was just what I had hoped for, a motel that took me back to family trips. Cute, quaint, newly remodeled, the outside facilities were amazing, grill, fire pits, places to read or enjoy quiet time and the pool was filled with laughter. 」

「Amazing location. Ample parking. Molly is an engaging host. The property was built in the 1860s I believe so with that comes a high level of charm as well as some slight inconveniences such as a small shower and vanity. There is AC and there also was an additional AC unit in our room but it didn’t cool much. All in all a very pleasant stay though. 」

「I came back to stay at the Wickwood Inn twenty years after I had last stayed here. It was lovely then, but I feared it might have gotten dated by now. No need to worry! They did a complete renovation of the inn. Still the beautiful antique-filled luxuriously plush rooms, but updated to a more muted and understated color palette befitting the current design aesthetic. The exquisite marble-clad bathroom was a particular delightThere is still no other place in town that holds a candle to this. 」

「Our stay was relaxing, surrounded by beautiful gardens right in town but feeling like we were surrounded by nature. We could walk out the door and into shops and restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and furnished with homemade muffins, fruit, cereal, juice/milk and coffee. Hosts on site but never intrusive. Highly recommend.」
