「Customer service was always amazing, there were so many different hot tubs at different heats, the pool was large and heated with a swim up bar, and they had a cold plunge. The view from the room was great of the volcano. 」

「Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. 「The room was fairly clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Not knowing Spanish some staff workers will translate Spanish to English on the phone app. Much of the staff spoke English though. Mr.Didre took extra care to make us feel comfortable. Thank You. 」

「Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! 」

「Room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and great shower. The couple that run the place looked after us very well. Breakfast was delicious. There are steps out the back into ‘town’ so you don’t have to walk round the block which it what Google suggests. The only slight negative is that the rooms have big windows (good) but other guests walk right past and can easily see in unless you shut the curtains.」

Great breakfast was also included with room and you got to choose from a traditional Costa Rican fare or one with an American flare. You will not be disappointed with your stay here 」
