「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. Also, I never got the drink. Also charging $50+ USD, essentially a cover charge, for a friend to come for lunch at the pool is absurd. The staff in the lobby was friendly thecentire stay.」

「My overall opinion regarding the hotel was good. However, the bed and pillows were a little hard. The AC turned off around 3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep during the night. The staff and service people were really nice and friendly. The buffet food was not very good, and it was cold considering the price they charged. 「Bondo Hometel was such an amazing hotel. The rooms were very modern and very clean. There were 2 swimming pools on the roof. A cafe on the roof to get food along with a bar for drinks. There was also a full restaurant on the 11th floor and a bakery with desserts and coffee in the lobby. The only thing that was missing was maybe a microwave in the room. 「Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca .
