Both properties are well decorated and maintained but, despite Bird Rock's convenience, for those who are walking from the ferry, Earthbox has the advantage of being a quiet location who's rooms ( or at least my room ) have sleeping areas that are not flooded with light ( during typical sleeping hours). The staff are very helpful and welcoming."
