The hotel is pristine, great food and drink offerings in the lobby, nice breakfast buffet, the staff was lovely, easy booking, dog friendly, and the room I got was fully equipped with everything you’d need to stay long term. It honestly had me considering staying there during the work week instead of commuting! 」

The breakfast menu is limited to diy waffles and cereal. The level of cleanliness is increasingly disappointing. Room and property need a decent cleaning and touch up paint. We have stayed here multiple times, but may book elsewhere. 」

「Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. 」

「Didn't know there was a pool. The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!」
