「Friendly check in」

「Ocean view window! Huge room but no closet. The only hanging rack is facing the comfortable so far. We had to ask for luggage racks and thicker blankets. The towel bar is great, could use more. Needs grab bars at shower.」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. 「Die Zugangsdaten für das Zimmer kamen komplikationslos über die Expedia App. Das Bett war sauber und bequem. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Tische, Stuhl und Küche waren voller Krümel, der Fußboden war ebenfalls weder gekehrt noch gewischt. Die Annehmlichkeiten im Bad haben mir gefallen. Das gesamte Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig ( so wie es im benachbarten Bereich gerade stattfindet.) Das Zimmer über uns war ebenfalls belegt.
