「We ended our trip in La Connor after visiting the San Juan islands and were pleasantly surprised by how charming and quaint this town was and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming as well. Very walkable and all the restaurants and shops were lined up along the water. Nice place to visit when you’re out in this beautiful area.」

「We were provided with a very small room that was not suitable for two adults and two children. The washroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable, even for a single traveler. We noticed there were larger rooms available, but despite seeing that we were traveling with kids and clearly needed more space, no effort was made to accommodate us. 「Poor layout... no bathroom on first floor...windows left wide open in bedroom (unbeknownst to me hidden by blinds so freezing all night). Only one railing for exposed stairwell. Stains and dirt everywhere (including insect infiltration behind the microwave which itself was connected to an exposed broken plug which is a fire hazard). Poorly maintained (plaster all over bathroom; doors stained). Kitchen was dirty (I couldn't use the sponge as it was smelly and disgusting). Batteries missing in...

「Called as we were going to check in very late and front desk very helpful walking through everything. Room was very cleaned and it was nice and quiet. Expensive for the property as it’s super old and a motel but it met our needs for one night.」

「It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. 」
