「When we told the hotel that our reservation was fraudulent they were very understanding and accommodating. However, after many attempts and long sessions on hold, hotels.com was impossible. We will NEVER USE them, ever again.」

「Enjoyed the the fun holiday drinks. I.e. the grinch. The casino was a lot of fun and than it was really nice to retire to the nice, quiet, comfortable hotel room. 」

「It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. 」

「the hotel is less than a year old, so everything was new and didn't have weird scents. the room had minimal carpet so that is great (carpeting holds the odors). Was quiet, window opened for fresh air, excellent lighting in bathroom with lots of space, nice and generous towels, happy to welcome our dog, good parking, lots of lighting for walking dog in neighborhood, near food, good price with full kitchen. NO complaints at all. We will stay here again as family is in area! 」
