The staff were very receptive and quick to honor our requests...needed new batteries for the tv remote and they were on it! We stayed on a Saturday night and the local impromptu car racing was loud and obnoxious until the late hours. Nothing the hotel can do about it, I realize but it marred our visit at this location.

The property is old and a little worn. It’s within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly but I needed to go back to them to ask how to operate the air conditioner (thermostat on the wall) and what the WiFi password was.

The breakfast was great!! I dont know if they were short staffed room not clean old hand towel on shower. coffee pod still in the coffee pot used, then no coffee pods for coffee and they didn't replace towels, When I called to front desk were very short and abrupt. This hotel has alot of potential, the restaurant they advertise does not exist it wasn't the best experience especially because I use your chain alot Thank you

The rooms was clean . The toilet ran non stop the flooring was coming up the faucet was loose the cable guide was a pain to use The connential breakfast was very good .. the advertised pool is a joke (not on property..its across the street) you'll need a voucher to get in the pool Pricing was ok Suggestion..drop the pool in your ad and fix your motel and maybe some new carpet

This hotel is in serious need of renovations. Everything looks very old and used. Cleanliness was an issue, the room we booked smelled like someone had smoked in it recently, while the air conditioner was not working properly. The check-in staff were friendly and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The free breakfast is similar to what you get at other hotel chains. However, I find it unbelievable that Expedia rates this hotel 3 and a half stars.

This hotel is run down, the main bathroom off of the lobby had a bar of soap that had been reduced to a sliver, no paper towel. The hotel has very old smelly carpet and the floors didn’t seem secure down the corridors. The bed was comfortable and didn’t smell- looked to be a newer mattress but no mattress protector. The bottom sheet was very thin/worn. I would not return to this hotel and maybe drive to Lynnwood area.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Was quiet and the breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. The only issue we had was with the check-in staff. He was VERY hard to understand. Needs more practice with English. His accent was so pronounced I had to ask him twice what he was saying and sometimes still didn't understand. Other than that our stay was great and in a very convenient place for us.

You can tell the employees are working really hard to accommodate guests and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, our room was in need of maintenance (floor buckled in bathroom, bed frame askew, carpet needsing replacement). It seems like this accommodation is used for sports stays and passing through town. I would not stay here again due to maintenance needs making the room and shared areas feel dirty due to deferred maintenance.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast looked good however, I only had coffee...you understand why later. Those are the good points. The room smelled horrific, I purchased a plug in to make it tolerable. Someone painted but didn't finish, the lamp shades had an assortment of hair collection, the bathroom wall had a nasty looking drip down the wall, a bubble of water was captured in the ceiling above the toilet that I feared would bust every time I used the bathroom. And then there are the suspicious people that sit in their vehicle most of the day looking straight at the windows. Oh and I agree homeless persons need to eat but perhaps they could allow them to shower first as the odor was sadly offensive, thus not able to eat the breakfast. The carpet on the stairs should be torched as it is beyond filthy. The bed was comfortable!! Keep your windows closed if the smell of cannabis bothers you or you have a job that requires drug testing.

The Property is still transitioning .It was recently bought from the previous owner. So they are fixing it Up but Despite all that , our Room was clean and we had a jacuzzi tub in our Room. A bit pricey for roughly 2 weeks but doable. The Breakfast had only sausage for meat everyday. Would of been nice to have Bacon at least once a week. Otherwise Breakfast is good. Conveniently walking Distance to Restaurants and stores. They are right next to the Health club that u can use free of charge . U leave ur ID bring the pass back to get ur ID back They bought 5 memberships so 5 passes. The Pool at the healtclub is heated . That is a nice plus. Since the Pool at the Hotel is a bit cold. For the Passes it's first come first serve. It's Dog friendly too. Everyone is welcomed. The Staff including the Manager are all really nice and helpfull.Plenty of parking too.
